Look before you talk
Nobody here quotes a repair over the phone from a description of a noise. The car goes up, someone looks at it, and the recommendation comes with measurements attached.
Say it in plain words
If you want the technical version, we will give you the technical version. If you want to know whether you can drive it to work on Monday, we will answer that instead of reading you a code number.
The price you approve is the price you pay
You get a number before the work starts. If we find something else once we are in there, that is another phone call, not a bigger invoice at pickup.
Tell people what can wait
Some things need doing today and some things need watching for six months. A shop that calls everything urgent is not doing you a favor, and it is the fastest way to lose someone's trust.
What we work on
Most domestic and import cars, trucks, and SUVs, including hybrids. Daily drivers, work trucks that live loaded, and the high-mileage car somebody is trying to get two more years out of. If your vehicle needs something we do not handle in house, we will say so instead of experimenting on it.
Having repairs done here does not affect your factory warranty. Federal law protects your right to use an independent shop for maintenance and repairs, as long as the work meets specification and gets documented. We use the right parts and fluids, and we keep the record.
