This page explains what The Chattanooga Mechanic does with the information you send through this website. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and message you type. That is the only personal information this site asks for.
Like most websites, we also use analytics and tag management to count visits and see which pages people use. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you about your vehicle, and for nothing else.
We do not share your personal information or your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes under any circumstances. The only people who see it are the shop and the service providers that deliver our email and analytics.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, your phone number is used to send appointment reminders and updates about your vehicle. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Cookies
Analytics tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Getting your information removed
Call (423) 556-8744 and ask, and we will delete what you sent us.
