Editorial Policy

Everything on this site exists to help you decide what to do about your car. It is written by people who fix cars for a living, and it is held to the same standard as the advice we give at the counter.
Who writes it
The service pages are written and reviewed by the shop. The technicians who actually do the work check every technical claim: what a symptom usually means, what an inspection covers, and what can wait versus what cannot.
Accuracy
Prices, timeframes, and offers on this site reflect what this shop actually charges and does. When those change, the site changes with them. If we get something wrong, we correct it, and we do not quietly pretend it was always right.
What we will not do
- Diagnose your car from a description. The symptom lists on this site are general. Your car needs to be looked at.
- Use fear to sell. If something is urgent we say so plainly, and if it is not, we say that too.
- Run sponsored content or affiliate links. There are none on this site. If that ever changes, it will be labeled where you can see it.
- Publish reviews we did not receive, or edit the ones we did.
