Accessibility
Last updated September 5, 2026
This site is meant to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, move through pages by keyboard, or need more contrast than most websites bother with.
What we do
- Every page uses real headings, landmarks, and lists, so assistive technology can read the structure instead of guessing at it.
- Every text and background pairing on the site is checked against the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast standard.
- A skip link at the top of every page jumps straight to the content, and every interactive element shows a visible focus state.
- Animation is minimal, and the site honors your reduced-motion setting.
- Photographs are decorative and hidden from screen readers, so they never interrupt the content.
- Form fields are labeled, required fields are marked, and errors are announced.
Where we are still working
Accessibility is not a box you tick once. We test with keyboards and screen readers as the site changes, and we treat any problem you find as a bug to fix, not a complaint to file.
Tell us
If any part of this site does not work with the tools you use, call (423) 556-8744. We will fix the page, and in the meantime we will help you with whatever you came here for over the phone.
